Voting Membership is limited to:
(a) adults residing within the geographic boundaries of the Association – Montrose, Irving Park, Clark and Ashland.
(b) representatives of businesses and non-profit organizations which are located within the geographic boundaries of the Association. These businesses and non-profits shall designate one person in their organization to vote.
