Whether you live in an apartment, condo, townhome, row house or house, this is an opportunity to make some $ repurposing items useful to others. Sell items on your parkway, parking pad or in your garage. Mark will do group advertising and pull required permits at the Alderman’s office. You should still add a sign or two.
