Victim is a known gangster disciple who is active around Lawrence & Winthrop. It is believed that someone followed him to the Citgo and shot him while he was in the parking lot there. He drove himself to Weiss. Police are investigating. This is thought to be an isolated incident that is not tied to the other gang activity we experienced with the shooting at Warner Park.
